ST MARGARETS

The directors of Marconi Builders & Developers, alongside their long time business partner, acquired the derelict St Margarets Hotel in 2015, located in Carbis Bay. This property was entirely demolished, and replaced with thirteen modern, luxury apartments. This development was completed in 2019 and is now occupied with many happy new owners. We believe this project has greatly added to the intrinsic benefit of the local community.
