ABOUT US

Marconi Builders & Developers was formed in 2000, following the company director Charlie Hunt’s long term involvement in the building trade. Neil Perry joined the company in 2011, acting as the organisations Finance Director and equal partner. Since this time the companied portfolio has developed a user of projects both large and small, culminating in a selection of prestige developments all over Cornwall. We continue to take on a range of development sites, and in 2019 we commenced the ‘Deer Park Site’ in Helston, which will provide 140 new homes over the next five years. 

Boasting a workforce readily at hand and being located in Helston, we are in an ideal position to take on projects all over the West of Cornwall as they become available. Alongside this, at Marconi we have our own STA approved (silver rated) timber frame factory, of which Charlie has been involved in producing since 1987.
