Our long term business partner requested that we handle and control the development of 140 houses at the ‘Deer Park Site’ located in Helston. This includes the construction of extensive roads and drainage, all of which is in accordance with council approved requirements. This project began in 2019, and is a combination of bungalows and houses on a traditionally designed site, which have shown already to be in high demand. This site is ongoing.
