MORWENSTOW

In 2010 the directors of Marconi Builders & Developers, alongside their long time business partner, agreed to acquire two sites that became available following the demise of another development company during the financial crisis of the time. 

The Morwenstow Hotel site was the first of these, and we obtained a site that had already been demolished. We proceeded to construct eighteen luxury apartments, all of which benefit from extensive and uninterrupted sea views spanning from the Hayle River to St Ives Harbour. These apartments have since been retained for holiday let purposes within the organisation. This five-storey building has an estimated sale value in excess of £13million.
