TREBARVAH COURT
In 2014 land was acquired in Constantine, with planning permission granted for the conversion of four barns, alongside the construction of five affordable dwellings and two luxury open market value homes.
This project was a divergence from our typical work, as the conversions involved a range of expertise and skills which had to be acquired in order to ensure that the end product was of a high standard, alike the new home building we are accustomed to. These barn conversions sold rapidly, with our local estate agents Stags of Truro commenting on the quality in their brochure:

PHASE TWO
Following the successful completion of the barns and associated housing, we worked closely with Ocean Housing in order to develop an additional area of land. Here we provided nine units of affordable housing for the local community, completed in 2019. We are pleased to say that all became occupied shortly after the completion documentation was approved by Ocean Housing. This development is the first project led and overseen by Luke Farmer, our Junior Site Manager.
