Alongside our most recent developments, Marconi also has an extensive history of projects which can be accessed below:

Anhellis, Helston - thirty affordable houses.

Pasmore Road, Helston - a mixture of affordable and open market houses.

Gwealhellis Warren, Helston - numerous large, prestige homes.

Carne Quarry, Mullion - several developments, including three large, open market houses and two affordable houses.

Manaccan, near the Helford River - nine affordable houses. 

The Old School Yard at Shute Hill, Helston - nine one-bedroom houses (seen above).

Godolphin - two four-bedroom houses.

We have also built a number of large industrial units and commercial buildings, such as offices. This also including several pubs, one of which is Henley’s Bar & Restaurant in Helston. 

Marconi directors are also involved in a sister company, Kammbronn Homes, alongside Matt Lugg of MJL Groundworks, and our in house architect Nick Jackson, trading as Ian Hobson Designs. Here we are currently building 170 houses at Boiler Works Road, Cambourne, under Senior Site Manager, Craig Woolley.
