OCEAN BLUE APARTMENTS

This was the second development acquired in 2010, which evolved into the construction of two separate buildings containing a total of 37 apartments, located within Penzance Town Centre. These were all sold on the open market, including a number of affordable apartments which were purchased as discounted homes for local residents.
